P4 Swimsafer 2026

Our Primary 4 students had an enriching and meaningful experience during the SwimSafer Programme 2026. Conducted as part of the school’s Physical Education curriculum, the programme aimed to equip students with essential swimming techniques, water survival skills, and water safety knowledge. SwimSafer is Singapore’s national water safety programme designed to help students develop confidence and independence in the water while promoting lifelong healthy living habits.

Throughout the programme, students participated enthusiastically in a series of structured lessons conducted by certified instructors. The lessons catered to different ability levels, allowing every student to progress at a comfortable pace.

Despite initial nervousness from some students, many showed resilience, determination, and courage as they challenged themselves to overcome their fears.

The highlight of the programme was the SwimSafer assessment, where students demonstrated the skills they had acquired over the weeks. It was heartening to witness the joy and sense of accomplishment on the students’ faces after successfully completing their respective stages.

The school would like to thank the instructors, teachers, and parents for their continuous support in making the programme a successful and memorable one for our students. We hope that the knowledge and skills gained through SwimSafer will help our students become confident and responsible individuals who can enjoy water activities safely.
